FRANKLIN, TN — A 65-year-old Franklin man faces a host of charges connected to an alleged "inappropriate sexual relationship with a minor," the TBI says.
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation alleges that Robert Mitchell Dukes had sexual contact with a minor female on at least two occasions between December 2016 and July 2017. Investigators say he provided alcohol to the girl on at least one occasion.
The Williamson County grand jury indicted Dukes Monday one count of sexual battery, one count of sexual battery by an authority figure, two counts of rape, one count of aggravated statutory rape and one count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He was booked into the Williamson County Jail Thursday.
